I actually think they've been overrated for quite awhile. They are 2-3 in the playoffs since Spygate was uncovered, and they other day on ESPN radio, they read off Tom Brady's stats compared to other top QBs, and he has only finished in the top 5 in any category in a season a handful of times. I've been saying this for awhile, the Patriots won their super bowls off of defense, and doing just enough on offense to winning each by a margin of 3. Then they lost to the Giants 17-14 after going 18-0 with a team loaded in talent. Let's also mention this is the same Tom Brady who pulls the Duke flop out anytime a defensive player gets near him after the throw, and got a new penalty created because he whined after a freak injury....
